Bought one a couple of years ago for OH and then one for me. It works really well and I am currently sitting with it wrapped around my head.....it is BLISS!!

I would love a larger one, but it looks like they're all around the same size. So wrapped around neck, laid over shoulder, around head works well. Thinking one for each foot might be a plan ...or I could do the bowl of cold water.
