Changes in weather can affect most rheumatic-type disorders as well as other things - not just temperature changes but barometric pressure too. And if PMR is due to a less than perfect blood flow to the muscles (which it probably is) then being cold will make those blood vessels narrower too and the achey bits may come back. Keep warm - especially your trunk and hands and feet so there is plenty of blood to warm the rest of you.

Yes I have definitely been much achier since the weather got cold a few days ago. I'm torn between keeping moving, staying still makes it worse, and not doing too much which also makes me sore! Roll on summer.

I find it is damp cold and wind that is a pain (literally). We have brilliant sun - and minus whatever overnight at present, -8C in the last couple of days! But it is very dry - humidity of 18% this afternoon! Would have been a good drying day had I done the washing :-(
