Boots are doing flu jabs in some areas.

So make sure that when you go - that they ask you about current medicines you are taking, prescribed or OTC (Over The Counter)

Better be safe than sorry.

Lower Back Spinal Stenosis Operation -Private but on the NHS - get this done with and back to the PMR at 10mg -at least I will know which one it is. and helpful to my excellent Doctor. The Op is this Friday ,early. John

Check to see if the private hospital has an ICU or HDU in the building.

Since the alternative means them dialling 999 if anything goes wrong...

Yes, Boots are offering flu jabs, but mine will be done by my local gp surgery, as before. Also, my hearing test this year was at my local (11 miles away) NHS hospital. The privatised options are just that - options. BTW Specsavers supply hearing aid batteries free for a limited time, whereas the hospital have no time limit. I have had free batteries for 6 years plus.
