Hi Lion King update.

Just a follow up to my previous post, had a lousy day Monday aching tired slept most of the day, as suggested upped my pred from 8to 10mgs. Tuesday by 9am back to normal have felt fine all day so will keep to 10mgs. For the moment

That's great - there is no point at all taking a lower dose if all it does is leave not feeling well. This is definitely one place where "no pain, no gain" is totally out of order - pain means you haven't gained anything!

Really sounds as if 10 or 9 will be your maintenance dose for now - I got stuck at 9mg for a very long time and that was when I developed the "Dead slow and nearly stop" reduction.
