Did I take the dose?

I am on 10mgs of prednisolone, I don't know whether I took this morning's dose or not, what should I do? Any ideas?

Oh we’ve all been there.....

I think this was only discussed yesterday, the options are ‘Wait n See’ or ‘Take the Dose’ & you will have a good day on double if you had taken it & just return to ‘normal’ tomorrow.

My advice would be a Pill Box - l take a lot of Meds but only use a Pill Box for my Prednisolone - it’s really important to know if we’ve taken it or not & this way it’s so easy to check.

Better to have a Good Day than a Bad One!

Many thanks. I normally have a good routine with all my meds. But, as I damaged a nerve in my back and have been in bed my husband moved them!

Husbands! 😉 We’re easy put out by a change of routine, l find the Pill Box handy as l am doing a Slow Taper......

Actually the husband was blamed in previous post as well! All I can say is you don't have them under proper control, fancy letting them think for themselves...🤔 🤣😂🤣.as you are incapacitated probably better double dose than none...and yes, get a dosette box.

Just to add my voice to the other wise monkeys - I'd take a full dose now. It will either be the same sort of day or extra good and if you have a back problem it might help! And get a weekly dosette box. Mine is next to my bed at night and in my handbag if I leave the house - together with my phone which has alarms set.

Presumably your last sentence doesn't apply entirely to your husband ? We do have our uses, just trying to remember a couple !!!
