The obgyn who diagnosed my pelvic pain says it’s from a number of sources… age, stress,

No medication suggested, just specialized physio, which I begin next week.

I do practice yoga.. and meditate

I’m quite exhausted by the pain, and discouraged.. afraid of depression … and feeling very alone.

Your input would be appreciated. Thank you .
