I've finally been listened to by a GP after over three years of sometimes debilitating hip pain. Something "snapped" in my groin while I was doing not much at all in January 2021. Xray found FAI and I have had a couple of rounds of physio with no improvement. Things have worsened in recent months and finally a GP isn't just sending me for a third xray and round of physio. She has suggested a Labral tear and referred me for an ultrasound. Does anyone else here have FAI or a labral tear? What are the treatment options? Will I just be sent for physiotherapy again? Thanks!
