I have what I think is pudendal neuralgia and am taking pregabalin.
Can anyone recommend a consultant who deals with this, preferably in the Hampshire, South England area?
Thank you.

Hello, your GP should refer you to a Pain Consultant. Otherwise, when you go on the main page Pelvic Pain Support Network click on the 3 bars menu on the left and choose About Us. Then click How to get help and then Resources and clinics. You can ask your GP to refer you to the nearest clinic. Hope this helps.
Sorry I meant the 3 bar menu on the right.
I've just been referred to the Southampton Vulval Pain Clinic, or some title like that, in the Dermatology dept uhs.nhs.uk/for-patients/fin.... I spoke with the secretary, who advised you need to be referred by your GP, and if a routine appointment it will take about 6 months, or if considered urgent, will be about 6-8 weeks.
Check out this site for info and PT referrals: pudendalhope.info/ Also read this book: " A Headache in the Pelvis". It helped me to understand what was happening to me.
How far are you from London? Could you email the Sayers Clinic at mail@sayersclinics.com?
I found this email on line and they say direct your pelvic pain questions to Alexandra or Lucie. Perhaps they know of assistance closer to where you live.
Apparently their clinics are world renowned.
Good luck. Keep me posted.
