Peeing problems

Hello everyone,

Does anyone else have more discomfort in peeing when they are dehydrated or first thing in the morning?

It gets less when I drink more during the day, but it can be uncomfortable when I have to strain to get it out. I don't have cystitis or a uti so I know it isn't that. I've also had it since all my problems started in 2013.

Does anyone else know why/have the same problem?

I had that 10 years ago and I I was diagnosed with pelvic floor dysfunction and depending on your age if you're perimenopausal or menopausal it can be urogenital atrophy where the tissues are drying up because of lack of estrogen...I got estrogen /progesterone cream bioidentical which put me right and also you can drink a teaspoon of baking soda and water before bed that will really help

I'm 25 so no chance of menopause yet. So I guess it's more my pelvic floor dysfunction.

Ooh thanks for the tip - I will definitely try that! 😊

Hi Bubble_by , I get a pain when i pee in my testicle I have had it all checked out having cameras place where cameras shouldn't go but everything fine . This being going on for years then I went wheat free this year to help my acid reflux. I don't suffer from Wheat intolerance ie : Hives or skin rash or Nausea but the body is a wonderful strange machine and one having one thing starts something else off. Have a look a your diet and what you drink I found test don't really work but when you come to the end tether you try anything. good luck
