Bilateral Ilioinguinal Nerve Block?

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum.

I've had Chronic Pelvic Pain for the past 6 years now. No diagnosis currently. I'm having a Bilateral Ilioinguinal Nerve block in a couple of days.

Has anyone had this before? Was it effective at all? Any advice/experiences would be welcomed.

Thank you!

K xx

It seems to help some people and others it doesn't and beware of a flare-up of symptoms afterwards as this sometimes happens so make sure you get your nerve and pain meds ready just in case good luck and I hope it works well for you and there's always botox if it doesn't work

Thank you for your response. Hope you are well. I'm flaring pretty badly right now but I'm hoping it'll settle down soon.

Hopefully I will know more over the next few days as to whether it's worked or not!
