Hi razzle51, Ann here. I also had the Medtronic Stim inserted for pelvic pain but with no relief so after many doc visits and meds I finally went from Adelaide to Sydney under a Professor and he removed the Medtronic stim and inserted a much more up to date and more involved Boston Stim with 4 leads and heaps of different electronic pulse points, it is much better than the other one and does give me some relief, unfortunately, not enough. The fact it has so many different settings helps mentally at least as you can juggle all the different modes. I didn't think it was working until I turned the controller off and the pain felt a lot more intense. I have also just had a ketamine infusion in Sydney so hopefully I will eventually feel relief. Wishing you the best.
