I think distance advice on this is more than difficult. It depends quite a lot on the individual and also on symptoms, pain, age.... There's a good book by Amy Stein "Heal pelvic pain" with suggestions for exercises but my suggestion would be to find a competent PT who is knowledgeable about pelvic pain and could give individual advice.
