So I am 15 and still have not gotten my period, which doesn't scare me to much because both of my grandmas did not have theirs till they were sixteen. My mother passed away 5 years ago so I really have no one talk to because I live with all boys. Sooo my body is changing and things happen that I don't understand for example the other night I had a crap that was just spred all over my stomach- just felt like I was hungry but it progessed over the night to point were I couldn't even move, it was intense pain, It felt like I was being stabbed. I took some tums hoping that would make it go away but it didn't, so I thought it might be period cramps so I took ibprofan but it didn't go away. Since the pain was so intense and medication wouldn't make it go away so I just went to sleep. When I woke up the pain was gone but I was sore in my abdomen. Now couple days later I have bruises on my adomen so I have no idea what's wrong. Please help.

I think maybe you need to go to a dr and get checked over. Tummy cramps are usually either the gut or the womb. With your age and it not settyling with tummy meds it could be your periods starting. It's quite normal to get a few months of the pain before the bleeding starts.
Sometimes the pain needs prescribed meds, but you would need to see a dr to check you over.
The bruising is interesting - are they like little thumb prints ? can sometimes indicate anaemia which might explain the absence of bleeding. Again, you would need blood tests and some iron pills. It's not a good idea to take them without medical supervision. Anaemia can cause abdo pain very occasionally.
Is there an auntie, family friend, a mum of one of your friends, a teacher, that you could talk to? There are so many changes going on and so many questions that need answered, you can pm me if you like, I have 2 daughters and have had the weirdest questions from them. Sometimes all that's needed is a bit of reassurance that everything is normal.
