I'm injured, had IC for 20 years with few symptoms that bothered me really (just don't drink anything but water) then ended up with a labral tear in my right hip and a sports hernia. Now it's all in spasm, and the pain is almost unbearable. After 6 months of it (it took a LOT of self-advocacy to even get a proper MRI) I only finally yesterday took a painkiller stronger than ibuprofen.

I am, for now, in the same boat. I have felt very isolated as well, and just wanted you to know that you are not alone. Please feel free to talk about it all you want here. I'll answer best I can, or at least give support. I do at least have 20 years experience with the IC!
