can adenomyosis be made worse by moving?

i have suspected adenmyosis i did a bit of housework yesterday and today i can barely move as its so painful in my uterus area it's making my legs weak. its why i have been off work for weeks as im in pain moving then twice as bad when i sit down. is thi normal.

A common factor to most these causes is the breakdown in the normal endometrial / myometrial interface which could allow migration of endometrial glands and stroma into the adjacent muscle.....I found this in Google if you take a look several exsplantions come up very interesting .......I suffer also I am young 78 and had a D&C done a few years ago ...and now problems get worse ....
