Fluctuating Alp, AMA and ANA

Hi Friends, I had my 3 month blood work done. ALP went down, then back up. I'm at 171 now, previously, (three months ago),161....also, my AMA and ANA are negative now? Has anyone had that happen? I know ALP can fluctuate, but AMA and ANA? Both negative, when both were positive 3 years ago. I'm in the process of transferring to The Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale AZ.

I'll hear from my Dr. next week. Just anxious.

Smooth muscle AB still positive

No idea why they'd waste of the $ retesting AMA M2 -once positive always positive. ANA can fluctuate as well. While it could be a lab error or treatment of the blood it's probably just a fluctuation in the numbers which appear by the lab as now negative. Did your dr question your diagnosis?

Hello OdinsMom. Not sure what they are doing. I thought maybe questioning possible AIH or overlap. Waiting now on results of the liver biopsy being re studied by Mayo team. The biopsy was done in 2020.

A lot could've changed in 4 years. They don't want another biopsy?

Not as of now, no biopsy talked about. Just another ultrasound and fibroscan.

I am having the same issue ALT AST and Alkaline phosphate seem like they are coming down then they double

My AST and ALT have stayed in normale range since starting Urso, just my ALP is going up with now a negative AMA and ANA, when previously a few years ago, the AMA and ANA were both positive. Not thinking a now negative AMA and ANA ...mean too much. ?
