"PBC: The Definitive Guide for Patients with Primary Biliary Cholangitis" by Prof. David E. Jones, OBE" I got it on Amazon. Incredibly helpful and informative about the condition, treatments, research etc.

He is in UK. I am in the US. I emailed him with a question, never really expecting a reply and he got right back to me. He has quite a few videos discussing the condition as well if you Google him. FYI, I think you will find this community helpful too. I am trying various diet changes people suggest as I am sure diet plays a role in symptoms. My numbers are currently good but the itching is problematic. I was doing intermittent fasting and that's when I felt the best so starting that up again. That suggestion came from someone here, not from a physician.
