Ohio: I never see anyone from Ohio on here... - PBC Foundation
Ohio
I never see anybody from New Zealand here either.
Im from NZ and have asked before if there is any one from NZ on this blog site...be nicew if there was!!!!
OOps, I am not used to this site and I thought my response would show as a response to boneytoys. I haven't responded before because I have only recently found this site. So boneytoys where do you live, I live in Auckland.
Have you registered with the PBC Foundation as when I did recently, not only did they send me their info booklet but a list of fellow sufferers in my area. I'm not sure if they operate worldwide but it might be worth giving it a go. Good luck!
I'm in Michigan.. kinda close
South Carolina
I'm in Nebraska. It seems like most people on this site are from England.
I have never seen anyone else from the Isle of Man.
But who cares. We have our own caring, sharing, off loading world right here on this page.
I'm in Virginia. Good to see others from the states!
I'm in Maryland. Grew up in Ohio. Went to Kent State. Where are you?
I was just curious, but I love this site I have learned a great deal from everyone. I wish everyone the best!!
I'm glad as well to see other people from the states. I'm from Texas and glad to have a good support especially at Baylor University which has great doctors.
I'm from Wisconsin and I have never seen anyone close here either, I have signed up with pbc and never received anything in the mail, I thought I was the only person from the US to have this.
I'm from Calgary, Alberta and think I must be the only one with PBC in the area as no one has ever heard of it. I am so happy and grateful to have found this page just a couple of days ago ... very comforting. Thank you.
Hi all ~ I am from Ohio , small town called Windham but i have lived in Sunny Florida for years and love it !! cant handle the cold weather ~ Brrrr
Well, hello to you. I live in Auckland, where are you?
I am in New Jersey. Just started on URSO and found a great hepatologist at Jefferson University in Philadelphia.
The itch is trying to begin, so hope the URSO will keep it at bay. Fatigue a real issue now. Was sick at Christmas and have not returned to my former self yet. Trying to stay positive. How long does it take URSO to bring down the LFT's? Mine have been high for years but no symptoms. I assume it will vary with the individual(s).

I'm in Australia and haven't heard of anyone else from Australia on this web site. From reading various other web sites, it appears that PBC is mostly found in the northern hemisphere, but when l asked my rheumatologist she doubted that was true and said she had diagnosed a number of people recently, saying that the incidence in Australia is increasing, particularly with younger population. Does anyone know what the incidence of PBC is in the southern hemisphere, or know anything more about the demographics of PBC? Until l was diagnosed with it, l had never heard about PBC, so the dx came as a great surprise. Like most others on this site, I've found the information available to be very beneficial in my understanding of the disease. I'd love to find other Aussies on the site.........it's lonely down here
Cheers, Dorothy
