Is it safe to have anesthetic injection prior to tooth filling when you have PBC.

Hello.
Well since I was diagnosed with PBC I have had local anaesthesia for 2 fillings I have had replaced and I've had no problems. Probably because the local wears off quickly and it targets just that area uinlike a general which knocks you out.
I never thought about this method, be far different if it was another type of anaesthesia tho'.
Like peridot I have had injections before fillings, my dentist was aware I had PBC.
Make sure you make dentist/optician etc aware you have PBC
I needed a tooth out a few years ago but had to have blood tested before he dentist would do it ,tell your dentist you have PBC
