In Romania, at one of the main research & testing lab, they say "anything below 20 is negative." Then there's a "grey zone, aka uncertain" (20-25 approx, not sure), then above the uncertainty area is the "total positive count."

Hi Christina I'm in north of England I was told 20 is a positive my tests they say are low titre whatever that means had my ama done lots about eight times one was 100 one was 70 I've had ama m2 done that was 50 then 25 last year also 25 this August also I have positive igm can't remember the other numbers and don't know why they go up and down hope this helps

hi I have 1:320 titre, I also am M2 positive. It has remained constant over the 4 years since diagnosis.
I'm in England.
My AMA just said 'a titre higher than 2560', the ANA showed as normal. The hospital doc letter then confirmed the diagnosis of PBC.
No idea what this figure translates to in the ratio that some of you have put down on here but I have noticed that it can vary in how the results are relayed.
