In Romania (and not only) it is one of the most famous herbal remedies (in various forms) for the liver. Dosage and adminsitration methods should be recommended by a specialist, of course, considering your particular health condition.

Online there are available various medical studies and reports about connection of this with the liver and not only.

I have just started taking this so I will keep you posted

I would suggest, as said, to consult a specialist in such herbal remedies regarding whether it's good for you, particularly, and if so, in what dosage and how to adminsiter it.

I was told not to take Milk thistle by my consultant as among other things it messes with your bloods and makes it difficult form their point of view to know what is going on.
