The workshop will focus on:
➡️Stress & the Body’s Response – Exploring how stress affects the body, particularly for those with a rare disease, and how to manage it effectively.
➡️Compassionate Stress Management – Practical tools and strategies for reducing stress with self-compassion rather than self-criticism.
