PBc itch

Hi.. I have a question about diet and itch.. I take Colstyramine for the itch but realise that certain foods make the itch worse but have tried to whittle it down to found the culprit but still itch.Any advise would help.

All too often there is no rhyme or reason to why we itch at times more than others. Have you tried other medications for the itch. Cholesyramine doesn't work for everyone or works intermittently. Some use Bedadryl or some topical creams available across the counter. CeVa lotion maybe or any products with oatmeal base. Taking hot showers can make it worse as well. I know for me using any soaps that that scents to them was lethal for me. I always stuck with using Baby Magic soap or Dove.
