What have you done to take care of you recently?

We all deserve - and need - to take time to just do what makes us happy. Regroup, recharge ---whatever you call it, we have to take care of ourselves before we really can care for anyone else.

We matter!

I just got back from a Virgin cruise out of Miami with 20 of my college sorority sisters and four brave men (only one of whom also knew us in college)! I highly recommend Virgin. Wow! The food was top notch and they were extremely kind about the gluten free thing. No weird looks or menus with only one option. They're more expensive than some of the others but there are NO KIDS on the ship and it's worth every dime of "extra cost." With the "sailor loot" and "bar tab" money they gave us for the cabin (total of $400) my roommate and I were left with $37 we didn't spend after thinking there was no way we wouldn't owe money in the end. There was no upcharge for going to any of the restaurants and only a small handful of items had an extra charge. We did a meditation class one morning and a stretching class with one of the entertainers another. It was a great break and yesterday I started my new business in earnest as my full time thing!
