Sorry...

I have to apologize to the group for being so lax about posting some key points from Dr. Jones's book The Definitive Guide for the Patient With Primary Biliary Cholangitis throughout the week.

I have been having some back issues that seem to 'appear' out of no where. No good way to sit has been frustrating.

I hope to start posting some of this information in the next day or so.

If any of you don't have his book, it is invaluable. It can be purchased on Amazon. The entire book is written so the lay person can understand it all.

Soon I hope to be sharing many key points from the book with you.

Thank you... I'm trying to be consistent with my exercises. I plan to go to the local YMCA this evening and at least try the water aerobics class. Might end up just doing some exercises in the water... I need to keep moving, I know. My goal during the day is to find a chair that doesn't make it worse.

Thanks so much. I think I've come to the point of calling the doctor and getting that MRI.
