Hi everyone, has anyone had ankle and leg swelling as a side effect of taking urso? Any suggestions on what to do to help with this? Thanks

HI! This became a problem for me as well . Not wanting to blame everything on Urso, I really tried to watch my salt intake and increase my movement throughout the day. You might want to just weigh yourself every day at the same time of the day. Record these for about a week or so. If you are actually gaining weight on a somewhat regular basis, be sure to let your doctor know. I also wear some support hose time to time ---not the real heavy white ones though. I purchased some more''fashionable' ones with patterns on them from Amazon. Made quite the difference. Try to elevate your legs as much as you can through the day. Drink more fluids if possible. If you work and your legs hang down, that may be part of the problem as well. Just to be sure, mention it to your doctor. Always good to let him know of any new 'event' your experiencing.
