Good morning - or afternoon everyone!

It's Monday... a whole week ahead of you. I just want you to remember to take one day at a time over the week. Even an hour can be overwhelming when you don't feel well or are experiencing that dreaded itch or fatigue. No matter what happens, just try to be kind to yourself just as you would be to a friend. Do just one thing that makes you happy. Do one thing that shows you are caring for yourself because you matter. We all need time to recharge ourselves and know we are important individuals. I hope by the end of the week that you will share what you did for yourself . You can't care for others if you don't care for yourself first. I will ask about this on Friday.....

PS. What a Super Bowl game it was!!!

we just got back from a 3 week trip. Part of it was the Everglades. I did nothing all weekend and I am still trying to recharge. It was an awawesome trip. I am still trying to live each day so it makes yesterday jealous. Just enjoy if you are resting, doing, or going. Life is short.

3 weeks! how wonderful is that?! love your phrase 'just enjoy if you are resting, doing, or going.' If only everyone could believe that. Good for you!!!

Staying positive is an important tool as we navigate PBC.

I just wanted to say that I ordered Professor Jones book you recommended. It’s so informative even though I am 10 years in with this disease the book gave me new information & also confirmed my doctor is on top of my treatment & has me on the right track.

Thanks for the recommendation on this book.
