recently I have been taking Ginger and turmeric shots as I had been told they help with several health issues including stomach problems and arthritis. Wondering now if I’m doing more harm than good? Anyone have any advice

I believe the general wisdom from specialists is where vitamins have not been studied or properly researched it is not to be recommended. Do you feel it has helped you?

Please be careful with any supplemens. Many are not recommended for folks with liver disease. Turmeric especially has been known to cause liver problems. If you Google 'turmeric and live disease' there are several articles there about this. Always make sure you liver doc knows what supplements you are taking.

Tumeric dosen't cause liver problems but it thins the blood in healthy ppl too, therefore, it's not recommended for ppl with liver disease due to most already having an high INR, which causes problems with clotting.
