Clinic close to Redditch

Is there anyone in or near the redditch area (UK) that could recommend a hospital to have my care transferred to? I’m currently at a hospital a 45 minute drive away (each way) and the doctor keeps calling me every month for an appointment and blood test and I can’t keep taking time off work to keep going there. My next appointment is on Tuesday so I’m hoping to ask for a transfer

No I’m at Good Hope, I used to be at heartlands but both are a 45 minute drive away

Can you not explain to your Consultant and ask for telephone appointments & a blood test with your GP . It seems a bit excessive having monthly appointments ! Most people have hospital appointments and blood tests every 6 months ...I'm lucky to only have telephone appointments once a year and blood tests once a year . Can't help you with your area sorry , I'm in West London .

I go by train from Worcester to the QE because they have a PBC Clinic. I only have 6 monthly appointments and have my blood tests done at my doctors in Worcester.
