I also managed to lower my fasting glucose with intermittent fasting. I am on day 18. I stopped the junk food that I started when I had to take steroids. I am relieved. How are you?
I'm doing ok. I emailed you about it. No tests for me until the end of July. My Dec. tests results were really good. But I'm so happy that yours are really good. In these early stages I really see how diet helps with the numbers. Con- trolling carbs, no simple sugars and getting exercise too. I wish I was better at all of those! Thanks for the update. I'll be posting my numbers in July after my tests.
I got a rowing machine, a treadmill, and a weight bench with some weights. I have to do most of my exercising at night when everyone is sleeping. My husband is still working from home. He is supposed to return to work on May 2. I’m fighting these diseases with all my might.
