I have heard from numerous people that you should not be in the sun if you have PBC ... does anyone know if this is true ?? And if it is true ... is it because of the URSO or just because of PBC ???

Thanks, I figured I better check .. being as I am a Florida girl and there is sunshine everywhere !!
Enjoy the sun,im in the very less sunny scotland but betty beutiful. My brother lives in tampa and ive experienced the Florida sun before. 🌞🌞🌞 xx
Thanks .. I am right outside of Tampa .. I love the sunshine 🌞 so happy I can continue !!
My brother and his family are in Trinity. Not been over for a while, travel insurance is ridiculous now for me. Its a shame,i loved it when over before,so many pretty places.
My niece is opposite, she loves coming here for the cold weather, was disappointed last Christmas when there wasnt any snow. 😊
The sun tends to make people in general happier .
Happy sunbathing x
I've not heard this before, in fact the opposite due to the need for vitamin D.
Opposite need 15-20mins daily. Only if you're on steroids or Azathioprine as it thins your skin.
have had pbc (diagnosed) 7 years and the only thing that gets me slightly better is sunshine, i ve never been told to avoid sun and for me its the best thing.
As others have said, sunshine is good for us! Not that we get much this time of year in England but we’ve had some really beautiful cold sunny days recently!
The only time I was told to avoid sunshine was when I was put on Rifampicin, and it was mid summer 🙁
I can not tolerate the sun or heat for me it increases the intensity of itching. Cotton linen sundress in the filtered sunlight
