Wow! Great news! How long it gook to bring your Alp to normal level? Mine was 350-400, and now,after 4,5 month on urso 185.

When I was diagnosed in June, it was only at 157. My next blood test it was down to 126, and then I got sick and I didn’t take my medicine for about five days, meaning the Urso. And on my next blood test I was up to 134. I have since been tested and it’s down to 116. I’ve tried to change my diet to more of a Mediterranean diet, I eat lots of salads and fruit. Very little red meat and seafood as often as possible. Especially salmon.

What did you do to get you alt number to normal besides take ursodoil?

I eat more of a Mediterranean diet, very little red meat. I lots of salads and fresh fruit, and I do eat lots of salmon.
