Is it ok to take turmeric with unsodiol?

as a supplement in herbal form it is best to ask your specialist but in quite a few cases it is not advised however there has been no research to say it should not be used in cooking.

One thing i always consider is that herbal supplements are not regulated and so claims as to what the actual ingredients in the supplement are might not be as they seem.. check out link above. It gives an idea of what I mean.

My hepatologist recommended turmeric to help with joint pain. I have access to fresh organic turmeric and make a tea with it. It’s been about 8 months (with Urso) and have found it beneficial.
