Itchy arms

Hey guys my arms are so itchy. Tried creams antihistamines ... what can I try? Honestly I draw blood sometimes and it's horrendous. Any ideas??

Hi, I was given colestyramine, which is a powder you mix with water and drink! It really helps me.

Indian Clay mask

Witch Hazel

Anti Itch Salve

I agree....yoga helps so much to calm me down to. My itching seems to show up under stress. Be well

Yes, lots of yoga, breathing!!! Try an ice pack or a bag of frozen peas on the itchy area. Lukewarm bath of baking soda helps me along with a drink of bakings soda with lemon in water. Hope you find a few moments of relief. Be well

I don't know if I should recommend this or not but it works for me. I seem to have the itching as I go to bed. I have a "special" hairbrush that I keep next to the bed. It's old and all the little protective plastic ends are missing so it's very scratchy. I find that I can scratch myself with the brush fairly lightly to get some satisfaction rather than with my fingernails, I tend to dig harder and have, on occasion, drawn blood. So as I said, I use the brush to lightly scratch the area and then I immediately use some body lotion where I've scratched. I like Gold Bond in the green bottle which has some menthol in it- it tingles. Then I find that I need to distract myself with something that really requires my brain. That combination of scratching , lotion and distraction works for me. Good luck!
