Hi janine541 sorry to read you are poorly just now. Not had any of the symptoms that you are describing so wondering if you are a bit low at the moment as it keeps happening. Are you able to get your vitamin C, D and B checked,? If not a multi vitamin at this time of year may help (I take a multi vitamin approved by my specialist). As ninjagirlwebb has suggested taking a rest now may be just the thing you need. Try some honey and fresh lemon diluted in hot water this will naturally help with the vitamin C and has the added benefit of being pleasant to drink. If you are surrounded by stress you may find that this will draw down on your natural reserves undermining health, if you can find some quiet restful time it is usually beneficial.

Hope you feel better soon.

I never used to get sick. Since PBC, I have noticed I do catch bugs, especially when I travel, and when I get sick I get REALLY sick and it takes longer to get better.
