Hi, I now live in Spain but am still using Urso I got from the UK. As I am under retirement age I will have to buy mine and arrange to see someone in the hospital. I am 6 monthly to see consultant. You should only either have to pay 10% or get it free as you are over retiral age. The urso is not cheap but varies a little region to region. Take a prescription to your local farmacia and they will price it for you. Where in Spain are you moving to? X
