I use all intergrative Medicine, Dr Burt Berksons personal protocol. I’m going well, numbers are great. Working on gaining at least 10-15lbs, Western medicine was cause of at loss. Problem is, metabolism is sluggish, plus we exercise at least 6-7 days wk.
