As I was flicking through the Which magazine, I came across this snipet that might be good for some Tumeric users to be aware of - there is a particular tumeric supplement marketed as Fortodol or Miradin which contains a strong anti-inflammatory drug which can cause serious damage to the liver.
The paragraph does not mention any other brand and just suggests to be careful. ‘Which’ is a respected UK magazine and they are likely to have researched this carefully before printing.

I don’t take turmeric , but thank you for posting. For anyone else this I would also agree “which” is respected and would have researched the brands before printing an article about it.
There seem to have been several people on here - in the last few months - who have been talking of /suggesting taking turmeric. I can't recall any names, but I will try to remember (increasingly difficult!) to search them out in past posts. I remember one post where I was quite taken aback, as the poster was talking of taking Turmeric instead of Urso.
