Hi everyone

Hope all well. Today i was out driving when my whole body drained and i felt really off. My legs went really weak.

Has anyone else suffered from this. I was really worried i had to pull over and ask my son to go in the shop for a drink.

You may want to get this checked out with your doctor if it’s a new problem.

Had you gone a while since eating and did having a drink relieve it. (Was it a sugary drink).

I have had the same draining feeling, leaving me shakey, weak and sweaty, mine is caused by a rapid drop in blood sugar. ( hypoglycaemia)

A drink of orange juice or something sweet sorts it out quickly but I follow this with something more like a sandwich as soon as I’am in a place to get something.

I carry some snack biscuits or a banana with me when I go out now as I do need to snack throughout the morning, but once I’ve had lunch things settle and I dont get it ,very odd.

I get that kind of thing regularly, mainly because I forget to eat and drink frequently enough.... for me its usually a blood sugar crash or dehydration. I've been checked out and dont have hypoglycemia, but definately worth getting checked out by docs.

That’s what took me to the Dr in the first place. They sent me for blood work the rest is history! It still happens to me!
