Is it just me who has weight gain with the PBC or is this common? I've gained half a stone in a month and have history of Anorexia so this is a massive blow to me and has sent my anxiety soaring to the point I don't like to leave the house.
Does anyone have any advice please? I'm desperate x

Are you on uso if so it could be that but I think it read that it only approx about 5 lbs. I've put on mayb about half a stone since starting uso 6 years ago but hasn't carried on climbing, but I think I needed it. Please don't worry just eat a healthy diet and I'm sure it will level off.
Sorry to read your post, this is obviously very difficult for you and I am not sure my advice is helpful but after having put on weight - sedentary job - I eventually decided to get my eating under control. I removed all carbohydrates from my diet, eating lots of salads and vegetables by way of soup and vegetarian meals introducing quinoa which is totally new to me and with a determined effort to walk every day (not always easy in wet England) I lost 15 kilos which is just over 2 stone. As to anxiety I have found that listening to You Tube recordings on my mobile phone has been invaluable. I like the voice of Jason Stephenson and I find the various recordings available for anxiety and stress have made a difference to me. I hope they might help you.
