Fingers tips all wrinkled

Does anybody get wrinkly finger tips almost like my hands have been in water for a long time. I drink a litre of water every day so dont think im dehydrated

I do and exactly like you say, as if you've been in water too long. I also drink plenty of water and other liquids throughout the day.

I also have sjogrens so may be related to that.

Hi...If you haven't done so, see a rheumatologist and ask to be tested (bloodwork) for scleroderma (CREST) . Sjogrens is one of the syndromes that falls under it. Seems to be among the popular tag-a-longs for those with PBC. Also, drinking plain water doesn't help with chronic dehydration. You'll need to also drink water with electrolytes, but limit flavored waters w/sugar added. For quick fixes, there's Gatorade. There are also tablets/powders that can be added to plain water; found at sports stores, vitamin shops, and drugstores.

I too have the wrinkly finger tips like I just got out of tub or swimming pool.
