Makes sense. Doesn’t bother me but it may some people. 😊 you’re not crazy, lol! We have to stay on our toes with this stuff.

Hi Tracy, yes I also have that problem and for that reason I usually sleep on my left side. So nothing crazy with ur observations :) Stay well!

I always have pain on my right side, sleep almost always on my left side. Not unusual at all.

Not always but when inflamed it’s better on the left. It just feels better sometimes. Not crazy at all

yes it can be uncomfortable at times - likely inflammation.

Hi, are you sure its not something you ate that your liver is finding hard to process? try keeping a food diary and see if you can match it up. Tumeric does it for me. Kandypat

I do sometimes also... probably when my liver is inflamed then lying on my right side puts too much pressure on it and it hurts.

Agree with everyone else! Your not imagining that. In the past before I was diagnosed, there were times if I slept on my right side I would have dreams someone was pinching or stabbing me in the side and wake up in pain. Sleeping on my left side helped! So sounds like others have experienced pain like that also!
