- Low grade fever (99-99.5 F) for months , considerable weight loss , fatigue , yellowing of eyes, reduced appetite , sleeplessness . My dad got his blood test and it came AMA-M2 positive. Is it all because of newly diagnosed PBC ?

I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will be along shortly (maybe not until Monday as weekends are slower around here). I'm not sure about the fever. I know the other symptoms were things I was having upon diagnosis.
I'm not saying he should not have this checked out. He absolutely should see his doctor with any new symptoms. I'm only saying I was in a similar place upon diagnosis.
I hope that he is feeling better soon. I know it is very scary upon diagnosis and there is so much bad info online. Please keep us updated and let us know how he is doing.
Symptoms are indicative of liver issues. Please see a Hepatologist right away to address.
