Hi Sachin1234

I was with a group of PBC ladies last week and we all agreed that being overly hot was a side effect of having PBC or pehaps (and we all had a little smile here) it was just being female with our hormones. I see from your profile that you are male so I am guessing that the hormone (ladies problems) theory is now blasted to pieces.

When I am so overly hot I use ice blocks on wrists and the crook of my elbow where the vein are to cool my blood.

I get this too, I think it's the PBC and or side effect of URSO. I get so hot sometimes I have to change clothes wearing sundresses and shorts in winter here my family thinks it's funny but feels very uncomfortable right. I have started the CBD oil only no thc in it legal everywhere here in US. It's supposed to help with autoimmune side effects which body temperature regulation falls in this category, so far it has helped with my complaints of chronic pain headaches and hot flashes .

I take the CBD oil in the morning seems to last all day. Have you called your doctor about this hot sensation yet? He may be able to help?

Let us know, hope you feel better today and can sleep tonight.

Yes every visit we talk about this issue.. we haven't come out with any specific conclusion, yet!

I do have a symptoms of reactive hypoglycemia so it may be the problem ..

Strange thing is my left ear mostly get hot during morning tho !

It's good he is aware of it , that only one ear gets red is different, have you had a full physical exam in the past year? I would get one just to be sure cardiac check up for sure and basic labs and chest x-ray to start. Here they tell us once a year to get a full physical exam so if something is wrong you catch it early. Not saying anything is wrong but peace of mind is nice right.

I haven't done full physical check but I have done almost everything you mention except ekg...I'm so confused with my symptoms!!

Maybe you can get the EKG from your general doctor sometime glad you are taking something for your allergies they are really bad here.
