For as long as LFTs (Alk Phos, GGT, AST, etc.) are included in the pregnancy bloodwork, it can. If one or several are elevated, it could be an indication of PBC. More tests will be required then for full diagnosis.

Hi. My PBC was diagnosed about 3 months after I had my baby - I had swollen ankles for ages after the birth so my GP did a blood test for my kidneys, but ticked the liver function test too and this was how it was picked up. So I'm not sure if that would happen in a generic pregnancy blood test or not.
