If all urso users have encountered problems getting urso its because you chemist your using is Boots. I had this problem about a year ago its because Boots is now an American company and only use one supplier. Change to a no chain chemist who use many suppliers. I've never had any problems since. Hope this info helps.

Hello Jude1.
In another reply to a post with a poster mentioning they were struggling to get their usual urso I have to say that I had a problem late November and I didn't go to Boots for my urso, it was Tesco pharmacy. I was informed they had 2 suppliers by the pharmacist.
Where I live in Lancashire there are not many independent chemists left, they are all part of a chain. I know for a fact that the Boots Local near the GP surgery used to be an independently run one as did the one next to where I used to work and that too is now Boots Local.
Until next month I won't know the score re getting the urso as that is when my next script is due.
Not had any trouble with my local boots so far, for ursofalk 250mgs hard capsules.
So it may depend on what ones you have.
I know in my area if I go to the other local chemist the prescription is dispensed in brown bottles and I prefer the blister packs (it helps me remember if I've taken it or not) so hopefully I won't encounter problems with boots.
