I found the best combination was to put it with pineapple juice, it hides the texture and the taste (almost) where as with orange juice i could still feel how grainy it was which makes me gag. It isn't nice stuff is it? I also had some joy mixing it with these soya desserts (see link below), again the texture was tolerable and the taste almost hidden.

I have it every other day, spacing it out seems to help. Hope you find something that works for you x

You could try mixing it with a fruit juice that you like and drinking it through a straw, I have been taking it for 11 yrs so have gotten used to it. Another thing you could try as I have told kids who dont like taste of medicine is once you have it mixed with the water or juice hold your nose and try to drink it all in one go and have a drink that you like at the ready for afterwards to wash all the taste away. Good luck I know it can be hard to get down but it does help the itch greatly.

It burns my throat for some reason. I mix a little Catoraid and the water, and drink through a straw. I read some where it might cause teeth to blacken. So that why I use the straw.
