Pain in lower back

Hi,

Just woundering if any of you have had pain in your lower back? Its on the left hand side and its sore to touch.

Hi Gemma yes I have had lower back pain like this it turned out to be a kidney infection. maybe bring a sample of urine into your GP treatment room for analysis. However the pain could also be down to some boney or muscle strain worth making an apt with your GP to get it checked out. All the best. Bfn.

Yes, I had this once, and there was no organic reason for it. I was recommended to try Cranio Sacral Therapy, and I saw her for approximately 3 sessions. The pain disappeared at the first session and never returned. Craniosacral Therapy is carried out by qualified people, I know little else. All you do is lie on a massage type table. All they do is place their hands at the back of your head. I don't understand it, but it worked, that was good enough for me.
