Thought this might be of interest to those in UK who've had difficult health experiences and for those who feel they or a member of their circle has been harmed by delayed diagnosis/inadequate treatment for B12 deficiency.
Patient association have an article that could be helpful for those considering legal action.
If you search online for "uk legal case B12 deficiency video" it should show a couple of cases where people harmed by delayed diagnosis/inadequate treatment of B12 deficiency won their cases.
I'm not medically or legally trained, just someone who suffered for years from unrecognised and untreated B12 deficiency.

You are always there, fighting for us Sleepybunny . Thank you . Personally , although I do have a case of medical neglect which I have considered taking legal action on , I know that could not go through that gruelling procedure . But I hope that some members of this forum will go forward and do just that . I’m just too old now .
I echo your wonderful thanks to Sleepybunny and also about the gruelling nature of trying to put things right.
I have spent most of my life fighting underdog battles and I have got to a point where I don’t have enough spare energy to fight too many battles.
I cannot believe the huge choice of battles before us in the 21st century UK. Thankfully this forum restores my faith in individuals - sadly humanity lost it a long time ago.
