Does anyone have any experience of Histamine Allergy & SIBO alongside established PA? Are they linked?

Currently on weekly B12 SI. All symptoms of PA are under control. Now addressing Histamine allergy & supplements for SIBO.

My diet is extremely restrictive now to reduce histamine - brain is frazzled from research.

Any advice appreciated

Yes, I also have had both issues along with my PA. I eliminated the sibo by using a combination of Tumeric and probiotics. The probiotic I found most helpful was one that includes lactobacillus plantarum 299v. Nothing seems to help with the histamine intolerance other than a drastic diet change to eliminate foods that increase it. Seriously, one chocolate donut puts me over the edge. Even left over foods have to be avoided. Good luck
